  • Do you work with subcontractors?

    When the job intel's some other specialist, we need to reach out to our subcontractors for help.
  • Can you supply references from previous jobs?

    We can send you numerous references for whichever kind of job we have done.
  • What areas do you service?

    We service Carroll county and surrounding counties.
  • How do I get an estimate?

  • Do you require a site visit before giving a quote?

    Yes, we need to come out and look at all variables of the job to give a more detailed estimate.
  • What information do you need to provide an accurate estimate?

    We need as much info as you can give us. Products that you want to use. Layouts that you want. Size is important. We also like knowing what budget we are working with.
  • Can you help with design or planning?

    Yes, we can help with design and planning although that is not part of the free estimate.
  • How do you price your projects?

    While most jobs are done by square or linear footage, some are still done with time and material to stay fair with customer and contractor.
  • Do you pull the required permits?

    Yes, we would pull all permits to do the entire job that would be needed.
  • Will you handle the permits?

    Yes, we will handle getting permits ready for application process and also pulling all required permits.
  • Are we familiar with local business codes?

    We are familiar with most local codes.
  • What happens we a inspection doesn't pass.

    Our team does what is required for getting the inspection to the approval status.
  • How long doe it take to get a permit?

    Most jurisdictions say to give them 3 to 4 weeks. but could vary depending on how busy they are. Inspections normally are next day as long as a weekend or holiday doesn't interfere with schedule.
  • Will my home be protected during construction?

    We value our clients valuables, we use drop clothes, plastic, and have also move pieces to make sure we protect them.
  • How do we take care of debris and clean up?

    While every job has different circumstances, we aim to keep the jobsite clean and safe throughout the day and clean up at the end of the day for people to be able to do their everyday living still.
  • What are your typical work hours?

    Usually 6am- 5pm but hours vary if there is an emergency.
  • Can I stay in my home while work is going on?

    Most of the time yes, however depending on what the jobs intel's could change that. 
  • How do you handle unexpected issues?

    Over the last 20 years we have seen a lot. We reach out to the customer let them know what we found. Often even send some pictures. We then talk about what the best way to move forward would be.
  • What if I want to change something once my project has started?

    We would set up a time to go over changes, adjust any pricing differences, and begin to move forward with the project. you have to live with the outcome, so we want you to love what we do for you.
  • How are unforeseen repairs handled?

    This is a tricky question. Sometimes there's just nothing you can do, and it needs to be fixed, and it does cost more. these are the days no one likes because it is ultimately a setback for everyone. We try to be as fair as possible and more forward from there.
  • Will additional work increase the timeline?

    Most of the time more work means longer the job will take. Sometimes we can bring in some licensed subcontractors to help keep up the time line.
  • Do you discuss cost changes before moving forward?

    Absolutely.
  • What happens when the job is finished?

    The jobs are left clean with all of our debris removed. We make sure the customers are happy with our work performed.
  • Do you do a final walk through?

    When needed, we do a final walkthrough with customers.
  • Do you offer a warranty on your work?

    Yes, we offer a 10 year craftsmanship warranty to all of our jobs.
  • What should I do if I notice an issue after completion?

    You should reach out to us and let us know. We have no problem fixing any issue that may come up. Remember that we want you to love the work we do. When you recommend us to all of your friends, that is our biggest value.
  • Do you offer maintenance or follow up services?

    We can offer maintenance and follow up services or the jobs that would need it. Although it would be an additional cost.
  • Can you help with future projects?

    Yes, we can and do. we also would offer you another company if it was something we didn't do.
  • Do you work on additions or renovations in phases?

    Yes, we can do whatever your budget allows.
